I don't usually complain but this
is the second time in a row that
the order has been wrong. The
kebabs where not as I requested
with my instructions. I also
asked for contact free delivery
and your driver did not follow

I am really sorry for your experience. I always remind my colleagues to check comments. However, there was a technical problem and your comment didn't fully printed. Therefore, they couldn't see instructors.
I asked my manager to look into the problem and investigate it.
